Dorota Biele - Founder of the school

Dorota Biele Centrum Języka Francuskiego Voila Her passion of French culture began in the secondary school when she went for her first trip to Paris. This led to her studies at the Teacher's College of French at the University of Warsaw and Master 1 at the Centre de Linguistique Appliquée in Besançon at the university of Franche-Comté. During the studies Dorota would not miss any event promoting French culture in Poland. During the academic year she sang Edith Piaf in Hybrydy club and she went on her holidays in France in her rickety old car. She would sleep at the cheapest campsites to save the money on visiting the chateaux of the Loire, gothic churches or Cathars castles on the Pyrenees peaks. She used her travelling experience in her thesis called "Teaching culture. French monuments from the Unesco world heritage list in the teaching of French as a foreign language".

She came up with an idea of opening her own language school basing on her experience as a teacher in other schools. Dorota proved to get on well with students - she conducted interesting, amusing and professional classes, which was soon appreciated by her students. Business clients pointed out her involvement, original approach to teaching and good knowledge not only of the language but of French culture as well.

These positive opinions expressed by students encouraged Dorota to open a French language school different from all such companies on the market. The name is not accidental either - French Language Centre. This is a place where apart from a language course you can attend weekly shows of French language films, a meeting with an interesting French person or borrow a book in the language of Moliere.

Dorota's education which she gained during her studies in France - Master 2 Ingénierie de la formation, at the Centre de Lingusitique Appliquée de Besançon at Franche-Comté University proved to be very useful while setting up the school. The prestigious faculty which has an excellent reputation for educating the heads of educational institutions all over the world provided her with basic skills necessary to run a school. In addition, the quality implementation plan developed for the VOILA Centre and presented in her master's thesis, achieved the highest mark "trés bien".

Personally, Dorota is still fond of French songs - classical (Edith Piaf, Joe Dassin or Charles Aznavour) and contemporary. She does not sing in Hybrydy any more, but this does not mean that she would not sing a song of Garou or Natascha St.Pier to her students. This is believed to be just a matter of time, as she cannot separate her language passion from love to French culture.
